This class includes Holy Fire® III Reiki
This self care class is ideal for professionals and caregivers who want to access a tested, proven and simple method to relieve stress, recharge and rejuvenate our body and mind for optimal health and performance. Through her 20-year of stress-relief experience and holistic healing tools, Yan has a keen insight on guiding the students for optimal results. She will guide you through the process, and provide the attunement so at the end of the training you will be empowered to access the tools with confidence and ease.
This beginning training is one of the most thorough and comprehensive available. It is a combination of the Western style as introduced by Mrs. Takata, the Japanese Reiki Techniques and the Holy Fire® healing energy. On completion of the class, you will be able to give Reiki treatments to yourself, your family and your pets.
The class is a combination of lecture, discussion, demonstration and practice time. Each student experiences giving and receiving a complete treatment using Byosen scanning and the hand placement system.
A class manual and a certificate for Reiki Level I are included. Two Ocean of Holy Love Experiences will also be provided.
Preparation: Please eat light (preferably no meat) and without any alcohol three days before course start date and attunement / placement, have an open heart and mind, and good rest.

In the process of learning this spiritual healing system, we'll be practicing on each other and receive healing as well. This is a wonderful class for beginners and is also valuable to deepen the practice for those who have already taken Reiki training. It is an invite to access your full potential!
