This self care class is ideal for professionals and caregivers who want to access a tested, proven and simple method to relieve stress, recharge and rejuvenate your body, mind and soul for optimal health and performance. Through her 20-year of stress-relief experience and holistic healing tools, Yan has a keen insight on guiding the students for optimal results. She will guide you through the process, and provide the attunement that is unique to increase your vibration so at the end of the training you will be empowered and attuned to access the tools and Reiki life force with confidence and ease.
This life transforming class will be fun, nurturing, healing and empowering, with the caring and loving support of Reiki Master Yan guiding your way. She will lead you to the practice and there is time to answer any questions and concerns you may encounter.
This beginning training is one of the most thorough and comprehensive available. It is a combination of the Western style as introduced by Mrs. Takata, the Japanese Reiki Techniques and the Holy Fire® healing energy. On completion of the class, you will be able to give Reiki treatments to yourself, your family and your pets.
The class is a combination of lecture, discussion, demonstration and practice time. Each student experiences giving and receiving a complete treatment using Byosen scanning and the hand placement system.
A class manual and a certificate for Reiki Level I are included.
Preparation: Please eat light (preferably no meat) and without any alcohol three days before course start date and attunement / placement, have an open heart and mind, and good rest.

In the process of learning this spiritual healing system, we'll be practicing on each other and receive healing as well.
